If you call or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, company, contact details, project location and requirements. Please do not send passwords, access codes or sensitive personal documents in an initial inquiry.

The online inquiry form

The form sends your contact and project details to our server and mail provider so CivicTel can handle your inquiry. Technical references, delivery states and cryptographic fingerprints help prevent abuse and duplicate sending. Message bodies, names and email addresses are not stored in this technical receipt register. Technical receipts older than 30 days and rate-limit counters older than a few days are cleaned during later inquiry processing. Emails are retained according to business needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Website infrastructure

Hosting and content-delivery providers process technical request information, which can include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and security events, to deliver and protect the website. This release does not include advertising pixels or optional visitor analytics.
